• Use it as part of a solo VTuber model, as long as:
– You are independent (not under a company or agency)
– The item is only used for day-to-day streaming, not major Music Videos or promotional work without prior permission
– You credit and link the creator clearly:

NOT ALLOWED
🚫 You may NOT:
• Redistribute, re-upload, or share this asset (including modified versions)

自身の個人用アバターに限り、素材の改変、色変え、編集を行うこと
個人VTuberモデルの一部としての利用。ただし、以下の条件を満たす場合に限ります：
特定の企業や事務所に所属していない「個人勢」であること
日常的な配信活動のみに使用し、事前の許可なく主要なMV（ミュージックビデオ）やプロモーション活動に使用しないこと
制作者のクレジット表記とリンクを明確に行うこと：

禁止事項（NOT ALLOWED）
🚫 以下の行為は禁止されています：
本資産（改変版を含む）の再配布、再アップロード、共有
いかなる形態であれ、本資産を販売、取引、または譲渡すること
許可なく商用プロジェクト、ブランド提携、MV、宣伝素材、または企業勢VTuberとして本資産を利用すること
グッズ、NFT、または有料デジタル製品に本資産を含めること
VRChat、VTuber用ソフト、および承認された非商用バーチャルプラットフォーム以外での利用
Second Lifeへのアップロード、コンバート、および配布
クレジットの削除・改ざん、または自作発言をすること
本資産を使用してAIによる新しいバージョンを生成すること、またはAIツールへの学習素材として入力すること
その他の規約
オリジナルモデル、テクスチャ、デザインに関するすべての権利は Violent Seduction (Iki) に帰属します。
本製品は「現状有姿」で提供されます。導入ガイド以外の技術サポートは保証いたしかねます。
